Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Precisely maintain financial records, encompassing ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.

2. Compile monthly financial reports, comprising profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Ensure adherence to statutory obligations like PAYE, VAT, SHIF, NSSF, and timely iTax submissions.

4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee invoicing, and pursue outstanding payments.

5. Supervise company budgets, aiding in forecasting activities.

6. Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash management.

7. Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data input, reporting, and analysis.

8. Facilitate audits by furnishing necessary documentation and information.

9. Offer guidance to management on cost containment, financial planning, and policy formulation.
