Pregnancies rock girls’ school – Weekly Citizen

Samitsi Girls’ Centre of Excellency in Malava subcounty of Kakamega is on the spot after it was revealed that at least seven girls were pregnant raising questions on the security of the students even as the administration allegedly blames it on the long December holiday.

One parent who had been called to be informed of the statues of a child allegedly fainted in the staffroom after the bad news was broken.

The school that has in the past recorded good grades may be headed for doom just months after Gladys Mudaki reported as the principal taking over from Wilbroda Sasaka who was taken to Moding High in Busia county.

It is believed men sneak into the school at night after allegedly compromising security guards and the administration has been asked to investigate the matter.

Recently a watchman was sacked school after he was found to be stealing school beans from the store.
